This program of gospel music singing was arranged by John Alexander of Bessemer City Alabama.

Scope and content:

This program of gospel music performed by African-American a cappella groups was held in the city auditorium of Bessemer City Alabama 3 April 1994. Groups which appeared include the Deltaires, Christian Travelers, Sterling Jubilee Singers, Stars of Bethlehem, Four Eagles, Rose of Sharon, Maul Singers, Golden Stars and the Gospel Harmonettes. The audio tape logs made by Bruce Nemerov which follow include a listing of the songs performed by each group.
