Biographical sketch:

Sgt. Grover Choate was stationed at Camp (now Fort) Roberts, Paso Robles, California, where he served with the 181st Army.
 

Scope and Content:

"Living Letter" instantaneous disc (copy) recorded by Sgt. Grove Choate at the U.S.O. Club, Paso Robles, California in 1943. The disc includes the songs "Walkin' the Floor Over You" with guitar and "My Old Pal of Yesterday" performed by Choate. The letter was sent to Miss Julia (Choate) Roselanic.
